Workout Posters

This is a great resource for anyone needed some ideas to workout. I bought these to place in my closet and pull out when I need some ideas to workout when I’m at home. With Covid it’s not as easy to get to the gym so these are great to keep in shape. I have bands, dumbbells, a ball, and a kettlebell and you don’t necessarily need all those tools because you can definitely improvise as well. They are high quality. Nicely laminated. Large and very informative.

Adjustable Kettlebell Handle

This is perfect for the money. Feels good in my hands. Feels safe and secure with the weights on and the spin lock collars installed. I had a bunch of weight plates already and wanted to try some kettlebell exercises. This purchase helped me save a ton of cash by being able to use what I already had. Great purchase, I'll probably get another.

Exercise Cards

My workouts were getting stagnant and these workout cards were a great way to add a bit of variance to my workout. I like using them to pick my exercises when I want to do a quick workout at home. Having body weight and dumbbell exercises gave me many different exercises to choose from. The cards are were a good size and I could easily read the descriptions.
